God is the author of life, and the Bible is filled with examples of the value of life even before birth. Tom and Elaine Ham have a combined total of more than 30 years in pro-life ministry. Tom serves as president and oversees management responsibilities for Plans For You, Inc., and the Baby Bottle Boomerang. Tom is a graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and served churches in Florida and Texas. He has extensive experience in business management and sales. Tom served as a pregnancy resource center volunteer for eight years and assumed full-time management of Plans For You, Inc., in 2004.
Prior to becoming director of a pregnancy resource center and director of development for three centers, Elaine managed regional shopping malls in Florida and Georgia and served as Board Chairman for The Missing Children Help Center in Tampa, Florida. She has served as a seminar leader and speaker for pregnancy resource center conferences nationwide.
Elaine founded Plans For You in 2000 and now serves as National Consultant for the Pregnancy Resource Ministries at the North American Mission Board in Alpharetta, Georgia. She helps start new pregnancy resource centers, works with Southern Baptist State Conventions to educate churches about the work of the centers, and oversees the affiliation of 250 pregnancy resource centers nationwide.
